Rita Dias

Falling in love with a historic house and barn in Page County on 2020 summer cemented a long-held dream to become a venue owner.  Rita’s journey to developing a wedding venue began over twenty years ago while working a wedding at a Country Club in Baltimore.  Her resume spans catering events at small country winery’s to working massive three-day weddings for 1,200 people at the National Building Museum in DC.  In 2014, Rita worked supporting the dignitaries at the FIFA World Cup in Brazil and recently has been working at the best hotels in Washington DC.  While she has served Presidents at the White house, Supreme Court Justices and politicians, her true love is working with Brides to make their wedding day special. 

Alan Rizek

Since first canoeing the Shenandoah as a scout, Alan has loved Page County and purchased his first lot in Rileyville in 1992 after graduating from Virginia Tech.  An accountant by profession and lifetime volunteer of the Fairfax Volunteer Fire Department, Alan is managing the restoration of the house and venue.
